Office
Roxanne Beaverbones is the Office Manager.
 

• Occupant relations

• Data entry/Accounts Payable

• Applications, requests, administrative aspect of PM.

New Construction
Tyson Howatt is the Construction/Project Manager.

• Looks after new home construction and renovations

• Secures outside source funding for projects

• Currently looking after Capital Projects as well

Maintenance
Aron Austad is the Maintenance Manager.

• Day to day operations of maintenance repairs

• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry needs

• Windows, doors, appliances, drywall, paint, etc
