The O’Chiese First Nation recreation program has been established to assist the O’Chiese First Nation members with assistance, coordination and implementation of healthy positive recreational and sporting activities. The O’Chiese First Nation recreation and sport program are committed to providing safe and nurturing environments for the children and youth, and are a resourceful advocate for those members whom want to excel further in sporting activities.
O’Chiese First Nation Outdoor Skating Rink
O’Chiese First Nation usually participates in several hockey tournaments throughout the hockey season including the annual Alberta Native Hockey Championships which are usually held in Edmonton during the month of April. O’Chiese has also attended hockey tournaments in Alberta and BC. Come out and cheer on your O’Chiese Hockey Teams!
O’Chiese First Nation Baseball Diamonds
O’Chiese First Nation has amazing baseball fields with bleachers and floodlights, which get a lot of good use!
