Setting Goals means figuring out:

  • What you want to do?
  • When you want to do it?
  • How you can do it best?

 

Big Goals:

This year I want to do or start these things:

    • _______________________________

 

Simple Tips for Setting Goals:

  1. Ask yourself: Is my goal possible?
  2. Decide how long it will take to complete your goal. (Helps keep focus)
  3. Break it down! Small easy steps to reach “mini goals” will keep you from being discouraged.
  4. Write your goals down. An agenda is a helpful tool.
  5. Now is the time to for action: Just do it! If you don’t put action into it, your goals are useless.
  6. Reward yourself for accomplishing your goal!
